9:00am – 10:30am – OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP ON THE WATERFRONT – Presented by G-Fit Fitness Studio, held at the festival grounds on the Waterfront adjacent to the kiosks. Get ready for a 45-60-minute full body workout for all fitness levels using a variety of equipment – including your own bodyweight! To overcome obstacles and challenges as individuals, pairs, and teams! Followed by a 30-minute cardio interval. $12 fee.
